Big breasts and smooth legs what’s not to like about Menopause!


The only plus to hitting menopause, but who wants the severe itching that brings the skin out in a burning rash. Let alone the night sweats that leave the sheets soaked. Then there are the high and lows that can spiral out of control. Fatigue, headaches and brain fog not to mention but a few of the other symptoms.

Of course, there is help out there with modern medicine and nature. You just need to find the right solution for yourself.


As I break down in tears watching my body changing shape into a butternut squash! I take a good look, and think perhaps I should look at this era in my life as an opportunity. Refocusing my mind on my own well-being. A need to accept and adjust. A change in diet and re-aligning activities. Surprisingly it did bring a new sense of vigour. Shaping a new form and bringing back a mischievous glow.
